Evaluation Criteria

 

 

 

1. The object of declaration

 

 

 

(1) Subject of declaration

The declaration unit is an independent legal person registered in China, an enterprise or institution engaged in the R&D, design, production and operation of cultural and tourism commodities.

 

(2) The declared category

1. Traditional Chinese cultural handicrafts (Chinese traditional handicraft innovative products, intangible cultural heritage products);

 

2. Cultural and creative products (creative life, art derivatives, tourism commemorative derivatives, cultural center/museum derivatives, traditional Chinese medicine cultural and creative products, animation derivatives, etc.);

 

3. Local cultural characteristic products (time-honored creative products, local specialty creative products, etc.);

 

4. Scientific and technological creative products (creative black technology products, smart wear, smart technology, electronic products, etc.);

 

5. Guochao fashion products (clothing and accessories, watches, accessories, shoes, hats, bags, etc.).

 

 

 

2. Basic conditions for declaration

 

 

 

(1) The declaration subject is legally registered in China and has the status of a legal person, and can independently bear civil liabilities;

 

(2) The declared goods have cultural and creative characteristics and can reflect Chinese cultural elements or local cultural characteristics;

 

(3) The declaration unit shall ensure that the declared products shall not be imitated products that have been marketed at home and abroad or works that infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If there is intellectual property rights, a copy of the relevant ownership certificate needs to be submitted;

 

(4) The quality of the commodities has reached the advanced level in the same industry, with valid inspection reports, and there has been no unqualified quality random inspection in the past three years;

 

(5) In the declaration of product description, it is necessary to clarify the product design, product function, purpose, cultural concept expressed, materials, craftsmanship and price;

 

(6) The enterprise has a strong awareness of consumer rights protection, establishes a complete after-sales service mechanism, responds to unreasonable returns, and has no major consumer complaints in the past three years;

 

(7) The unit to which the declared product belongs shall agree to participate in the exhibitions and related publicity and recommendation activities of the China Gifts Industry Promotion Plan.

 

 

 

3. Preferred conditions

 

 

 

(1) Cultural prominence

There are attractive brand and product stories that can improve consumers’ understanding of Chinese culture.

 

(2) Significant innovation

It is forward-looking, novel and original, conforms to the aesthetic trend of modern society, and reflects the connotation of China’s scientific and technological innovation technology and humanistic spirit.

 

(3) Beautiful design

The appearance design is artistic, reflecting the product style and brand value, and the color design is coordinated.

 

(4) Excellent quality

From the product to the packaging, from the production process to the promotion, all of them have the characteristics of high quality, which can fully reflect the excellent production and manufacturing.

 

(5) Functional and practical

Meet the requirements in terms of operation, usability, safety and portability, as well as comply with the concept of green environmental sustainable development.

 

(6) Economical and applicable

The product has obvious cost performance among similar products, the price is competitive in the market, and consumers can obtain satisfaction in the purchase.

 

 

 

4. Application procedure

 

 

 

(1) Enterprise declaration

The application is made voluntarily by the enterprise. Before June 30, 2022, log on to the official website of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (www.ccpitcsc.org) or the official website of “China Gifts” (www.ccpitgift.org.cn) to download “China Gifts” Industry Promotion Plan Alternative Product Declaration Form”, fill in and stamp, and send the electronic version of the materials (including supporting materials) to the China Gift Industry Promotion Center of the Business Industry Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

 

(2) Expert review

The Business Industry Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade organized relevant experts to review the application materials, and the best ones were selected. Products that have passed the preliminary evaluation will be included in the product selection database of the “China Gifts” industry promotion plan, and enterprises that have passed the final evaluation will be included in the annual recommended list of “China Gifts” industry promotion plan products and the “China Gifts” industry promotion plan product database.

 

(3) Public confirmation

Publicize the products that have passed the review on the official website of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the official website of “China Gifts”. If there is no objection during the publicity period, it will be officially announced by the Commercial Industry Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

 

 

 

5. Other matters

 

 

 

(1) The finalist products need to be submitted in kind or samples, and the specific time and place of submission will be notified separately.

 

(2) This application work is free of registration fee and review fee. After the selection and display, products, samples, work models, etc. will not be refunded. Design fees, models, samples, product production costs, etc. are all borne by the applicant.

 

(3) All products included in the product selection database of the China Gifts Industry Promotion Plan and products included in the annual recommendation list of the China Gifts Industry Promotion Plan are deemed to have agreed to authorize our association to conduct public welfare activities for the products in international and domestic festivals and public welfare promotion activities. promotion.

 

(4) The corporate member units of the China Chamber of International Commerce Commercial Industry Chamber of Commerce and the corporate members of the local and industry Council for the Promotion of International Trade (International Chamber of Commerce) are given priority to apply.
